saw this incomplete heartshape candles light at roadside yesterday nite(just now)....i just simply hav a snap n i donno wat happen n why they just put it there...saw sum ppl there wearing the petrol price protest T-shirt..guess..it is ntg connected with this heartshape candles...meaningless
